Service Delivery Policy

Effective date: 1 April 2025

We sell digital research services only. Nothing is physically shipped, and no shipping or courier charges apply.

What is delivered

Research subscription: access to research reports and model portfolios covering listed Indian equities, with entry rationale, targets and exit alerts, for the duration of the subscription.

How it is delivered

Access is provided electronically, through the members area of www.ankurkapur.com and by email to the address registered at the time of subscription. No physical media is dispatched.

When it is delivered

Access is granted only after the compliance steps required by SEBI are complete, in this order: KYC verification, execution of the subscriber agreement by electronic signature, and receipt of fees.

Where KYC and the signed agreement are already in place, access is activated within 1 business day of payment being confirmed by the gateway.
Where KYC or the agreement is still pending, access is activated within 3 business days of the last of those steps being completed.
Research reports and alerts are then delivered on an ongoing basis through the subscription period, as and when published.

You will receive an email confirming activation. If you have paid and not received confirmation within these timelines, write to advisor@ankurkapur.com with your payment reference.

Geographic scope

Services are delivered to subscribers in India. Non-resident Indians may be accepted at our discretion, subject to additional documentation. Delivery is electronic and therefore not location-dependent.

Failure to deliver

If we are unable to activate a subscription after payment — because eligibility criteria are not met, capacity is unavailable, or KYC cannot be completed — the fee is refunded in full, without deduction, within 7 business days.
